The room is very basic but it was vlean, management was very responsive, and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again.

The photos are a misrepresentation of how very run down the property is. You have to walk across the road to the EconoLodge to check in, get ice or have the very feeble offering they called breakfast. This place is mostly used by single men who live there. I do not recommend this hotel

Reception building was closed. Check-in was done at Econolodge across the road. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to appear to complete the check-in process. Ice and vending was at the Econolodge owing to the reception building being closed. Room was fine. Bed comfy enough, good fridge/freezer and microwave. Bathroom functional but tired. Towels stained. Probably overpriced for the nights I stayed.

Great value and with a bit more work this can be better. The stay was convenient for us and the staff are lovely. Keep putting in the work and upgrades, it’s getting there. The blackout drapes are a must, it’s brighter in the room at night than in the day.

Petit motel très agréable dans une petite ville typique des USA. Les lits sont immenses, le personnel très agréable. A 20min de Bryce Canyon et une bonne heure de Zion.

We liked the hotel and their hospitality. Information available about the little town and diner-options, touristical information. The continental breakfast was fine. We will come back the next time when we are in Utah.

This property is a great find and value for money. With just 30 mins drive from Bryce we were able to drive for an early sunrise viewing. It’s a clean and well managed property. Owners made sure all our needs were addressed. Great find and good family place to stay in!

I had several problems on this visit. First, I arrived around 7pm and found the office locked. A sign directed me to the motel across the street for check-in. When I went over there, no one was around except another guest who also needed to check in. I called the phone number for the office and finally reached the owner, who was not in the building. That was a lot of work to check in when I arrived at a normal time. Second, I was only able to use the basic lock on the door. The deadbolt and doorframe were misaligned so I could not lock the deadbolt. The typical prong-and-hook latch that you see in motels was missing its hook part; it just had the prong sticking out from the door, but that is useless by itself. Between the lock problems and the fact that the door was not closed tightly, I did not feel secure and had to move a table in front of the door. The locks need to be addressed immediately. Finally, the housekeeping staff made some missteps on the first morning (I stayed 2 nights). I had left something in the fridge that was gone when I came back that evening. Also, the floor had been cleaned somehow but not all of the cleaning solution was removed so the floor was wet and slippery. This was, of course, unexpected and particularly hazardous because it was near the door. It was still wet the next morning, too. Finally, it’s advisable not to mention the guest’s specific room number if other guests are around, especially if the guest in question is a solo female.

We had a pleasant night at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. It’s not a luxury place, but at this price point, that’s expected. The manager was great! Just a heads-up: there’s very little food available in the area, especially after 9 PM, so plan accordingly

I would stay again

The air conditioner worked well as the heater. We were able to keep the room at a good temperature. The only issue is the parking lot is not designed to handle a trailer with a side-by-side.

Not a good option

In the shower there was a hole in the wall near where you would turn it on so we could not take a shower. The facet in the sink did not work properly. It is an old motel that has been renovated well. I would not stay there again.
