Very clean and great staff!
My family and I stayed here and it was very clean, quiet and convenient! The staff was very kind and the breakfast every morning was awesome! Would definitely stay again!

New, clean, very nice hotel.
However- never have been charged for parking?????, and all of the extra unheard of fees charged daily.
Iāll have to explore options before I come back.

Overall room was fresh and new. A little small as itās tight to walk around the bed. Corners of the platform can take your knees out! The room needs to have a disposable cups! To brush your teeth and have no cup to rinse out with annoying. Need a real towel bar! The hooks donāt allow the towels to dry in 24 hrs. Extra towels came last day after we used our damp towels. And the air conditioner made so much noise we had to turn the TV up higher to hear it. The shower had black hairs on the wall and dirty hand prints on the wall and shower gel. Not a fan of the dispensers.

We were in town to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we arrived Yami greeted us. Apparently there was an issue with our room, but we were never told what the issue was, initially. The other attendant Selena was on speaker phone with a manager trying to figure another room issue. We waited about 15 mins after they went back and forth with the manager who we heard tell the Yami to upgrade our room to a suite. We paid through Expedia for the larger 1 bedroom with a bathtub. We were eventually given keys and went up to our room. You could barely move around in the room and there was no bathtub. When we went back to the front desk, Selena was again on her iPhone on speaker with a manager complaining of a customer who had just stormed off after being upset that tax was charged on their water at the bar. She kept talking bad about the situation outloud with no regard on us standing at the counter. When we

Terrible I wish I couldāve stayed there. I couldnāt even get to Texas didnāt wanna give me my money back. Please remember look at your booking before you book them book hotels that give you your money back. These people donāt have enough money so they gotta keep your money.

Upon checkout, the front desk said that the credit card provided from Hotels.com was rejected, and wanted me to contact Hotels.com to fix the problem. I felt this was extremely poor service, and I told them that they should them to clear up the problem. I searched the Hotels.com app, but I could not find a number for customer support. This was the worse experience Iāve ever had with Hotels.com.
