Do not visit this hotel! NOT Luxury AT ALL!
Check in process is long, their IT crashed which cased delays. They then made us fill in a dodgy online form, which blocked my bank card as they thought it was fraud. They took a photocopy of my bank card too which I was uneasy about.
Hot water then failed in the building, so we had no showers. The staff were very unhelpful, repeatedly saying 'this can't be true, it's never happened before', thinking I was lying... No compensation was offered or anything to rectify the situation. On emailing the team, I was ignored.
The hotel also doesn't have a direct dial, so you get put through to a call centre which you can't hear as the phone line is so bad, and they won't help you with any issues at the hotel, other than saying 'we'll email them for you'
This is NOT Luxury, far from it. The photos make the hotel look much nicer than it is. I would avoid at all costs.
The room was dirty, air con unit covered in dust. Not great.
