Everything was above board except service. When traveling on this business trip, I had several expensive pieces of equipment with me along with my regular suit case and cpap machine. So, on my day-of-arrival, I had called ahead to see if I could get a first floor room. He said that it would be no problem. However, upon arrival, I mentioned that I could have a 1st floor room, and he said that there are non available, When I replied that I was told that I could have one during our phone call, He again replied that there is no room available on the 1st floor. I accepted the room without incident. My displeasement is that I was told I would have a 1st floor room just a few hours earlier and then not provided one. I would have been fine if he had told me on the phone that they "didn't have one". Instead, I felt mislead and don't recall even an apology for not providing the requested service when originally told it would "not be a problem".
