I arrived before the check in time and the doors were locked. I called the hotel because I had written them before arrival that I was hoping to store my bag until check in. When the woman answered the phone, she told me they were “closed.” Eventually, after some begging, she let me store my bag, but it was a very strange way to begin my stay. The room was comfortable but there was visible mold in the bathroom. They had smart tvs but they have a rule that you can’t use the smart tvs, even though they have internet, they are unable to connect to it. (No Netflix in this hotel.) The room has a kettle and instant coffee, but nothing to stir the coffee with.
