We had a great stay here. Very calm area with a mini market nearby (walking distance) for anything you need like snacks or water. We rented a car which we would highly recommend doing, they have a parking lot for the hotel which is nice. The view from our room (we picked one with a sea view) was amazing. The restaurant was very convenient with friendly staff and good food. They also have a beach bar and of course a beach right under the hotel which was very nice. We used the lounge chairs at the beach which were very convenient! Breakfast offered a great variety of food and was super convenient. All the staff was friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Would come back again!

Essen hervorragend

The hotel itself is nice. But there is nothing surrounding the hotel. You have to take a taxi anywhere you go. I asked if they could call a taxi for me, the taxi they called charged double compared to the taxi I took on my way back. I made transfer arrangements for both arrival and departure prior to my arrival and when I got to the airport the hotel failed to make arrangements for my transfer so I had to take a taxi. The two receptionists seemed to be bothered anytime I asked something. A day before departure I stopped by reception to make sure my departure transfer was scheduled they guaranteed me it was and had me pay beforehand. The next morning there was no receptionist at the front and my transfer was not outside. I waited about 15-20 minutes for a receptionist to arrive and when he got there he seemed not to care that my transfer wasn’t there. The showers in the room are also not private, kind of useful to know if you’re not going with a significant other. The breakfast and restaurant at the hotel are good though. The staff at the restaurant are really really nice.

A very nice hotel with a beutiful view over the ocean. The surroundings were nice and quiet with marvolus olivetrees. Sadly the service at the hotel did not meet our expectations.

Cozy and calm

Although the hotel is in need of some serious repairs on the common areas and is clearly undergoing renovations on rooms (there is a mix of old and new) we really liked the vibe at the hotel. A huge minus was the breakfast with the warm food being served cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful, nice cocktails made at the bar and the hotel’s driver was a cool guy with high guide-potential! We enjoyed both laying at the pool and at the small beach below the hotel as we like tranquility during the day. We recommend renting a boat at the hotel as it is more convenient than going to the harbor. We are definitely coming back, a stay is already booked for September this year.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

Where do I begin... No one to take the bags up to the room on the 3rd floor was our 'welcome'. Breakfast SUCKED! Didn't provide change of towels or soap. The blond lady at the front desk, Mary, tried to rip us off on every taxi/trip/boat booking...Unreal!
