Location is good, however Hotel is so poor. I would like to say thanks for polite staff, they tried to make it better for our stay, but unfortunately the property is so poor and can’t be classified as Hotel at all.

Rating: -5/5 Terrible experience. I booked and paid in full via Expedia, but when I arrived, the hotel refused to honor the reservation, claiming they don’t accept pre-paid bookings from Expedia. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I was left without a room and had to find another hotel last minute. Not recommended at all.

don't go there

the room is not equipped. the bathroom is very bad. the internet is very bad. the lift hardly can work. the coffee cups in the reception area are not disposable. No coffee machine all over the hotel. noisy area..

Everything was so great, starting from the great cooperative staff, via the hygiene to the area if hotel. I do not believe that one can find any better hotel with such price in Beirut. It is sooo recommended if your budget is not that high. With no second thought, I will come back in my next visit to Lebanon. Just one thing I wish that hotel administeration deal with is that big sized pillows, they did not allow for a comfortable sleep. No more issues besides that minor one.

Kleines Idyll unmittelbar an der Uferpromenade

Freundliches, nettes Personal. Freundlicher, gepflegter Empfangsbereich mit Tee- und Kaffeeservice. Zimmer in der 3. Etage mit seitlichem Meerblick, Balkon und einzelnen hohen Baeumen = prima. Bequemes Bett. Dusche mit Toilette ok. Sauberkeit etwas duerftig. Alles in allem aber sehr nett. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis.

Nettes,eınfaches Hotel ın günstıger Lage,Beırut

Hotel Regis liegt sehr schön .man ıst schnell ın der City von Beirut und fast direkt an der Cornıche.einer Strasse mıt netten Cafes und teuren Hotels entlang der Küste.Das Personal ist hilfsbereit,,spricht entweder Englisch,Französisch oder Arabisch,hilft gerne mit Informationen zu Beirut,bestellt gerne Taxis usw.Beim Check-İn klappte alles prima.Morgens gibt es Tee gratis,man kann sich in der Lobby wenn man will, mit anderen Gaesten unterhalten.Leider ist das Hotel selber alt und müsste renoviert werden.Aber Beirut ist eine extrem teure Stadt und man übernachtet im Hotel Regis preiswert,dazu fühlt man sich dort sicher.İch würde das Hotel Regis empfehlenwenn man eine sehr einfache aber freundliche Unterkunft sucht.

Nice hotel and kind staff

I spent there few days, the hotel is great in comparison to the low fees, it is only 2 minutes from the beach , the staff are so kind (specially Zafer, Hassan and Galal ) and will help you as much as they can , I strongly recommend it for low budget trips and if i returned to lebanon i hope i will go there again.
