The room was clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was OK, but there is no place to park at the front where you check in unless you are disabled. So you have to park off to the side and walk over to the front. That's no big deal unless it's 100 degrees out (as it was) and you have a dog in the car. No pets, then no problem.
The good thing about pets is that they allow pets in the room and do not charge an extra fee! That's very positive, however, I checked a place we stayed two weeks earlier in the same area that charges a #$35/night pet fee, but even after adding the pet fee, the total charge was about $10 a night cheaper/night at the other place. Each room here includes a 2-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so if that's what you're looking for, it's worth the extra price. We just sleep there, so we're looking for the best price, and this wasn't it. Both hotels were about the same.
The room was fine; one lightbulb was burned out. I took it to the front desk, who said maintenance would replace it in the morning? There was no ice bucket in the room. Small things, but it is what it is.
