When we arrived, the concierge (Candice) was pleasant, professional, gave us her full attention. When entered our room, it was clean and acceptable. It had a television, safe, refrigerator, and ample drawers and closet. The bathroom was clean. It didn't have any ventilation, so it's very steamy.
When I returned to the lobby to put back the luggage caddy, Candice approached me and took care of it in a very friendly manner.
Our room had a curtain and screen. The curtain wouldn't go down all way - screen did. However, there are lights outside that shined all night. There's a tub with a shower - always had hot water. The tub began dripping after the first use and never stopped. This is a simple maintenance fix.
We had the breakfast buffet, which was very good. I believe the lady's name who was assisting us was Anna. Very helpful and pleasant. However, there was no advance notice that it was $16 per person.
Parking is free, the pavement is in good shape, with ample space.
All and all it was a good stay for the cost.
