I book reservations for employees and have all the info sent to me for documentation purposes. The Landing sent me an excessive amount of security forms, which is fine, but I was unable to provide a facial recognition, as I am not the employee residing at the location. I tried relaying that, but the email was "no reply." The email clearly stated that if this wasn't completed, the reservation would be cancelled, but here we are asking how my "stay" was..... Also, I got repeated emails after I had responded telling them to cancel, saying, "please do the ID verification or your reservation will be cancelled." No follow-through on that threat because, clearly, they still charged for the room even though ID verification was never received and there was no check-in..... just all around unprofessional. If this is how they want to do things, that is fine, but please have a better communications process. And if you're going to cancel if you don't receive information, then DO THAT.
