When I arrived, the clerk at the desk was so unprofessional. Not only with the language and look on her face but her attire. You might want to purchase uniforms as she wore ripped (not distressed) but ripped jeans, slides with socks and her stomach was showing. A young lady approached and asked for towels and the clerk answered, there were no more towels. That’s unacceptable for a hotel to run out of towels. It didn’t appear to be full.
The room was a little stuffy but very clean. There were no napkins/tissue/paper towel. I slept comfy.
When I walked down for check out, prior to 7am, the same clerk had her head down and was on the phone. Answered my question about check-out and went back to doing what she was doing on the phone. At approx. 1145, I received 4 calls immediately following the other as if I committed a crime. I also received a message, which prompted me to stop what I was doing and prioritize the call. The hotel called me to see if I was checking out or they would have to pack up my belongings. I was at the hotel for approx. 5 hours and all I had was a backpack which was with me. I’m not sure whose room number they mixed with my room but I pray that guest returns to their belongings. The clerk insisted they were checking the correct room.
