Entire stay was 10/10. The property itself is stunning and location is fantastic. The attention to detail and rooms were gorgeous. The owners run the place and it was incredibly special to meet them and see how involved they are. Will definitely be back.
Had so much fun we forgot to take pictures. This doesn’t even do the spacious rooms any justice.

Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed this stay. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The property was located right off of the main strip in Fredericksburg which made it easy to walk to restaurants. The water pressure was fantastic, the beds were comfy, and the grounds were quiet.

Everything about the property was great. Great stay. The owners were hands-on and informative. They were a little grumpy but it didn’t affect my overall stay. Book here and you won’t regret it

Marsha and Steve completely knocked the hotel/ bed & breakfast game out of the park. Every single detail was thought of, was new and tied together perfectly. We will most definitely be returning to this place when we come back to Fredericksburg.
