This place is at the top of three rickety flights of stairs with no light. Three keys, with four locks to navigate in the dark. Checkin is after 4pm. The pipes in the bathroom vibrate like a jackhammer at odd hours. 24/7 support has a 3-5 business day reply, emergency number was not contactable. This place is roughly the same price as a hotel, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The studio was clean and new, but the management is operating like a slum lord. Expect noisy, smoking neighbors, vibrating pipes, and crumbling infrastructure.
4pm is really late for checkin, no communication, this place is not set up for tourists. Go to a hotel or a more reputable location.
