Good quality accommodation in a great area. Easy access to city centre. Very welcoming front desk and room and accommodation were excellent with all you would need for a lovely stay. Only negative was a bit noisy at times at the front of hotel.

The staff were AMAZING! The location was perfect. Easy walk from train station and to everything you’d want to see in York. We got upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom, which was very large and comfortable. It is a fairly new building, so there are a few kinks to work out, but it did not diminish our stay. It is a little quirky of a place with interior courtyards that you can’t get to. There was a really bad odor in the lobby that we never did ask about, but it wasn’t noticeable in our room. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location for going into town. Parking around the corner …no A/c as looked like it just opened. Overall very good place to stay when in York! One piece of advice fans for their guests.

Fast efficient check-in. The room was clean and all the facilities that were promised looked quite new. We made use of the oven and dishwasher. The coffee machine was good but not enough coffee pods for the duration of our stay and I couldn’t find anymore locally in the shops. The staff were friendly. We stored our bags there on the day we checked out which was great. The only off putting thing was the overpowering smell of drains when we arrived. This was mostly downstairs in the foyer, but also evident around York in general. Occasionally this seeped into the bathroom.

部屋にキッチンとランドリーがあるのは助かりましたが、正直機器が使いにくかったです。あとタオルは特に取り替えてもらわなくて問題ないですが、テイクアウトやスーパーを使う人はゴミが意外と多く出てしまうので、自分から言わないと捨ててくれないことを事前に確認しておいた方がいいと思いました。

Really nice modern clean facilities we were on the 1st floor room was so hot apparently there is no air conditioning on 1st or 2nd floor only the 3rd floor has it. Window did open but it was very stuffy. I think there is heating in rooms for winter. They did offer us a fan though.

A very new property in a great location for exploring the city. The apartment has a kitchen with everything you would need for an extended stay including dishwasher and washing machine (with consumables supplied!) Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. We booked a one bed executive apartment which had a large sitting area with kitchen dining facilities and a separate bedroom. The weather was quite hot when we stayed and the only negative is that the sitting area had air conditioning but this did not extend to the bedroom which meant we had to have the window open. If you are someone who goes to bed early this is not ideal in York on a hot summer race weekend as there is a LOT of night time activity. Overall I would certainly recommend.

Ich kann mir keine bessere Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in York vorstellen!!! Das Hotel hat erst im Juni 2026 eröffnet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Zimmer mit Bad und Küche (sogar inkl. Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) sind perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer nach hinten raus zudem auch sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (damit wird auf der Hotel Website auch nicht geworben), dennoch war mein Zimmer zum Innenhof angenehm kühl. Verdunkelungsjalousien sind vorhanden. Die Lage war als Ausgangspunkt perfekt: 10 Min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, 5 Min zur Bushaltestelle für den Coastliner (Ausflug nach Leeds, Whitby) und anderen Verbindungen. Sowie 10-15 Min zum Minster bzw. in die Innenstadt. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Zudem gibt es eine 24h Rezeption. Die Kaution (100£) wurde mir bereits am Tag nach der Abreise zurück erstattet (ggfs. kann es bei anderen Banken auch länger dauern). Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen für den nächsten Besuch in York!

The hotel has only been open for 3 weeks, which is probably 6 weeks too soon!! The room was not finished - locks missing on bathroom door (just a hole waiting for the lock); no curtains or blind in the lounge area - the hot sun blazed in throughout the day and neighbouring rooms could see in, and finally, no air conditioning - the control panels are there, but not connected to anything. I REPEAT ... NO AIR CONDITIONING. The day was very sunny and very hot and the room could not be cooled down properly, even with the fan that the receptionist provided. Indeed, it was so hot we had to sleep on top of the bed. This was simply not good enough. My guess is that the owners wanted to rush the opening to maximise on the peak summer season ... bad choice!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN.
