This property is not a hotel but originally a student dormitory, so I was not expecting excessive services. However, the experience was still very disappointing.
To begin with, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with the management staff. The card case for the room key stated that the quickest way to reach them was through the booking site’s message system, and if that failed, to use the provided email address. In reality, all of my messages through the app were ignored, and no reply ever came to my emails.
There was also a serious issue with the shower drainage. I ended up spending an hour cleaning out a large amount of hair left from previous guests. I sent five messages requesting assistance, but all went unanswered. Despite this lack of support, I still received repeated automated reminders about checkout procedures.
If this were a budget hostel, I would not complain, but considering the price charged, the lack of response and poor maintenance is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place.
