The rooms were smelly since they only have smoking rooms available and and there services were too slow for food we have to wait more than 30-40 mins

Pathetic and shameless staff
This can not be a lemon tree hotel. The staff is either untrained or they are shamelessly pathetic at the reception desk.
Once again I stuck with this hotel due to emergency and I hoped that they will improve their services this time as RedFox in Delhi is a really great hotel.
Gave me a room where Exhaust doesn't work and when I complained, their attitude was "Meh, just the exhaust fan rest is working fine".
I would suggest Lemon tree to take some action on this hotel staff. It was my second stay in a week and they manage to ruin that too.
Breakfast was below average.

Below Average than a normal oyo room
Few things -
1. A room was given that was flooding with freeze's defrost water.
2. Then they changed the room to adjacent one but that one didn't have the main door lock working so everytime you step out, you have to call the master key boy to open room for you.
3. Below average food. Bit close to not edible.
4. Morning, no hit water in tap. Had to run water for like 20mins to get some hot water.
5. Narendra was my attender at checkout and he argued me that how i should I use the tap to get hot water like I am an idiot.
I had better stays at Oyo rooms than this.
I would recommend it for a stay.

Ok for near airport stay.
Booked at the last minute. Hotel is located close to airport. Rooms are large and convenient. No soap or shampoo. Bed cover had some spots. Breakfast was not more than ok.

Worst experience. . Cheater fox
Worst experience with the hotel facilities and the management. I will suggest nobody should go there.I have never gone through with such a bad experience. .. it's clever cheater Fox...

Good choice!
Good hotel with all amenities. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a great choice. The hotel is located on a busy street but there is absolutely no street noise. Would stay again at the Red Fox. The checkout took very long though.

Luxurious stay. Very warm and hospitable staff.
It was a great experience. The staff is warm hospitable and hard working. Special thanks to Mr Ramnarayan at the clever fox cafe.
It was the wedding season and the guests were very noisy however on request by the staff the situation was handled.

Pathetic experience
Can I have a rating as 0 or to be honest as -ve. The most pathetic experience I have ever had. Rooms clumsy , with with no oiling in door Hinges give u a feeling of that you are residing in castles of vampires and ice on d cake was that they served us non veg instead of veg in Navratras. What a horrible holiday !!! Nowhere this hotel stand near to Lemon tree counterpart. No room cleaning, you have atleast call them couple of times before eventually they take their work seriously. In future I would really filter out this hotel especially on my holidays.

Poor stay experience
Would not like to prefer red fox at all as the experience was really bad. Poorly managed and hotel service was very poor. Even after an hour of check in the room specified by me was not available or ready. Post check in also the service was bad.
