William at check in was very friendly and helpful.
I only had a one night stay, but that night the power went out for about 2 hours. During that time there was no communication on what was happening, phone lines were down so unable to call the front desk. It became very loud and “rowdy” from other patrons so I did not leave my room and kept the door locked from the inside, unsure if the keypads were working. The next morning fire alarm went off around 1015am, again no communication, it lasted a few minutes and went off, unclear if a false alarm or if we should evacuate, fire trucks showed up but no could give an explanation and people just stayed in their rooms? I did not feel very safe traveling and staying here alone with these circumstances, at least some communication would have been helpful because I realize those things are not usually in the control of anyone, but there seemed to be no procedures in place to help the people staying there.
