In many ways, I love this place. The staff (only available by phone) is courteous and helpful, even when I had to call at 1 am. They were very responsive, which was much appreciated as I stood outside in 12 degree weather after driving a U-Haul for hours. Also, the rates are very competitive and the rooms are exceptionally clean and adorably kitchy in their decor. The ONLY problems I had were that there is almost NO water pressure... only enough to flush the toilet if you hold it for a full 45 seconds with only liquid; not enough for a shower or a face wash or even a cup of water unless you fill it a fast drip at a time. And the beds aren't exactly comfy... I found them somewhat hard and lumpy. Having said this, I have stayed here 3 times!! (I keep forgetting the water and mattress thing.)
