The room was clean, the customer support is kind, but this is not a hotel, and it’s not an easy process. You need to fill out additional forms, leave a credit card, and watch a lengthy check in video. When you arrive you have to park away from the entrance, check in, go to your room, get a key, get a parking pass from the room, go back to your car and go to the garage. My assigned spot was taken when I arrived. I was offered another spot that was compact only and I have a pickup truck. After an hour we were able to sort out parking. Again, the room was beautiful, clean, it was great. But the process to park and get into your room was cumbersome. At checkout you need to back to the garage, get your parking pass and rear view mirror hanger, leave it in the room, and then go back to your car and leave. For a very long stay, it might make sense. But for a quick 2 night stint, there’s so many hoops to jump thru.
