The stay was terrible. Do. Not. Stay. Here.
The place is a building site! You have to walk up many flights to get to the room (as the lift seems constantly broken), there are wires coming out of the walls and it was a mess so not a good start.
In the room, the kitchen/lounge window had no covering on it so no way to shut out the light. We raised this as an issue, was told someone was on their way and an hour later they’d still not arrived. Also, the handle for the window was broken so we couldn’t lock it.
Also, we had the only key for the apartment as apparently the previous occupant hadn’t left their key, so there was a huge security risk that someone we didn’t know had access.
We were told the place was professionally cleaned but the window in the bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.
The sofa bed in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable and did not suit being of any use! For a place that has a booking of 3 people, there were also only 2 very pop quality pillows provided so I had to try and use one of the towels as a pillow which did not work.
After trying to resolve all these issues, I’ve had nothing but excuses and being fobbed off to the point I am thinking of going legal as the whole experience has been unacceptable.
One thing to mention that wasn’t the apartment’s fault is that there is a lot of noise as it’s on the busy Edgware Road. Nothing could be done about this but wanted to make potential guests aware.
