The guy who greeted us, Hafiz, was unfortunately the most unfriendly person we met during our time in Malaysia. Check in was not a very good experience, we had just had a 13 hour flight and an hour in a taxi then when we arrived we had to wait for a long time with young children who needed to go to the toilet and we had to wait outside in 32 degrees humid weather with all our bags for hafiz to casually stroll down to take us up to our room.
The apartment was ok, really nothing special at all. It was cheap though! It was very tired, mouldy, dusty. Wallpaper was peeling everywhere and it smelled bad.
It was so dusty that the kids spent the whole time we were there sneezing.
I won’t stay here again when we stay in Kuala Lumpur again next month.
The pool, you have to pay extra for, we paid and went in and within 10 minutes my husband and son both had very severe cuts from broken tiles in the pool. My husband cut the bottom of his foot which is not ideal in tropical weather. My little boy cut his leg. Both were bleeding everywhere so we asked for our money back. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this apartment so not happy.
On the plus side the location was good, it was easy to get around the city.
