Our unit was located right next to the road which was very noisy at most hours. Our room had no hot water. The front desk lady tested it but would not admit that we had no hot water. I insisted that we did not. She told us that someone would come to check it out but no one did. The next day it was confirmed we had no hot water. I told her we wished to leave and asked for a refund because of this and she said there are no refunds. I tried to contact the owners and hotel.com but no one would help me. We left and now I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company. This place sucks. The plastic dome smells horrible and is 100x worse during the hot sun. It smelled poisonous inside. The AC blows down on the bed and smells as well. I say sleeping in your car would be better than at this place. Less smelly, too.
