Great location and clean with odd parking/elevator
The parking garage access is odd when you arrive and the front gate by hotel is closed. I was driving for 8 hrs prior and did not see any additional information in email. Limited signs in the parking garage made finding the check-in (the bar) confusing PLUS have to go up/down stairs with luggage.
The elevators are super confusing. There's no buttons in the elevators. instead a touchscreen in the lobbies and room keycard required to access the floors with rooms. It also doesn't acknowledge the floor selection was successful so you may retry a few times thinking it didn't work. Everyone we ran into had the same feedback.
Hotel is trendy and very nice. Service was great. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Note, there's no microwave/fridge in room. If I had noticed that ahead of time, I would probably have booked elsewhere. Pay the extra for the unlimited parking pass if you plan to drive anywhere.
Location is ideal if you want to be downtown and easily walk to shops/restaurants/bars.
Overall a nice stay, just included a lot of confusion at times.
