I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mix of strong positives and a few notable drawbacks.
The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to Old Montreal and close to many key attractions, restaurants, and shops. It’s very convenient for exploring the area without needing transportation.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the view was disappointing. My room faced the back of the building, with a small window overlooking an unattractive structure, which took away from the overall experience. I did try to communicate with the hotel about this, but was informed that a room with a better view would require an additional upgrade fee.
The bathroom facilities also felt quite dated and could benefit from some renovation or refreshing. Additionally, the air quality in the room felt somewhat stale, which made the space less pleasant over time.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and good room size, but improvements in room views, bathroom updates, and air quality would significantly enhance the guest experience.
