Overall the stay was okay but not great. Check in is around 3/4pm. We showed up at 8pm and they said they didn’t have the room we booked. After some pushback we were told they did, but it wasn’t cleaned yet. They asked us to wait 5 min for the crew to clean. About 20 min later it was ready. But we noticed hair in the bathtub and stains on the pillowcases. Breakfast was decent. Pool (indoor) was so icy cold my daughter couldn’t swim in it - and she usually won’t say no to any pool anywhere. Remote in room wasn’t working either but they did replace it quickly. FYI - if Hotels.com says you have to pay for breakfast here: don’t! It is included but Hotels.com lied and said if wasn’t, so I paid extra for it. Management couldn’t help since I booked through Hotels.com so I called them and was given the run around for 25 min only to be hung up on. They “called back” long enough for the phone to ring one time (I was holding it when they called) and they hung up again. I immediately received an email saying they had “tried every possible way to contact me”. Yeah, no they didn’t. Total scam on the part of Hotels.com and has made this loyal customer never want to use them again.
