Unfortunately, my stay started off very poorly. The check-in process was unorganized and unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, when there was an issue processing my card, the front desk staff joked about my card being declined then said,”nevermind it went through.”This was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing, especially in a public setting.
After finally getting checked in, the toilet in my room overflowed over night, which is completely unacceptable and raises concerns about room maintenance and cleanliness.
Overall, the lack of professionalism at the front desk combined with basic maintenance issues made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in staff training and room inspections.
