I'm writing to you today about a recent stay I had at your hotel. As a long-time guest, I genuinely adore your establishment and the surrounding area, it's always been my go-to place whenever I'm in town, and I've enjoyed many wonderful visits over the years. This past trip was mostly lovely, and I truly appreciate the consistent quality I've come to expect. However, I unfortunately encountered a rather unsettling issue during my stay that I felt it was important to bring to your attention.
On my very first morning, I noticed a bite on my back. I honestly didn't think much of it at the time, just brushing it off as a random occurrence. But then, by the following day, I started experiencing intense itching, and that's when I discovered a distinct pattern of bites, a series of little knots, appearing on both my back and legs. It quickly became clear that these weren't just random bites, and I realized I had likely been exposed to bed bugs during my stay.
To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Given how much I love your hotel and how many happy memories I have from my previous visits, this discovery really took me by surprise and has left me feeling quite disheartened. It's truly a shame, as everything else about my stay was perfectly fine.
I wanted to share this feedback with you in the hope that you can look into the matter and ensure this doesn't happen to future guests. I truly hope this is an isolated incident.
