I'd highly recommend that travelers, even seasoned travelers, be wary of this hotel. In my view, one of the most essential services a hotel provides is accessibility/communication for their customer. This hotel has a partially staffed front desk and relies on you calling a phone number for assistance in the hours in which no one is at the desk. The issue I had was that I accidentally locked my hotel room key inside my room when I headed out to get coffee on the Saturday morning of my stay. Upon returning to the hotel, I called the "after hours" number for assistance. I called over 20 times for almost an hour and no one ever answered. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to have no one available either on-site or a phone call away. I will never stay at these hotels again. I will say, credit to the cleaning staff as the roof was nice and clean. The bed was decent. But that lack of assistance in a simple moment was unacceptable. I highly recommend not staying here.
