Let me start with the positives. The home had a beautiful view and was very spacious inside, which we truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. The bedsheets appeared unwashed, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The dishwasher was filled with mold, and the odor coming from it was absolutely unbearable. The washing machine also contained mold, which transferred onto our clothes and stained them to the point that we had to throw them away. Additionally, the pots and pans had visible food stains on them. Overall, the house did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. I strongly recommend reviewing your cleaning process and possibly hiring a new cleaning company, as this needs to be addressed to ensure future guests have a better experience.
