Firstable I want to say terriblw receptionist at the desk. Second think I booked hotel with free buffet breakfast but they even not selling water. Hotel is empty and like this hotels shouldn't work. It was minus three outside and room was cold but receptionist says goverment not givin gas they cannot warm room. Even she doesn't want to give the remote for air con. Can you imagine? Tollilet was dirty, tissues on the floor, not toiletries just a tawels. Outside ice not putting any salt someone copping outaide and opening way to go out. Just the unbeilivible. I am showing itinerary to the receptionist for breakfast she even not listening. She was very rude and unbeilivible not respectful with the customers. I was shocked what is going on. There is only good think Old man helped a lot. He brought remote air con to warm up and etc. This people not understanding what is the customer service what they should provide in the hotel. They Just adverting what is they haven't and playing with the customers.
