My husband and I have stayed with you more than a few times. We’ve never had a problem checking in earlier than 4:00 pm. I do though understand if you are filled up that it’s not doable. My husband came before me as I had to work. He went to the new check in area at around 3:00 pm. The lady at the desk threw the credit card back at my husband and told him your room is Not ready. She was so terribly rude! I arrived at 3:30 pm and went to check in to ask if they could please hold my bag until we could check in. I was told our room was ready for whenever we wanted to check in. Needless to say we just did not have a good experience. Not to mention the air in our room was blowing so hard I had maintenance come to turn it off. Sure enough my husband and I are now sick. I feel so sad that I don’t think we will come back to stay.
