We booked two rooms with air conditioning. However, neither of the rooms we were given had working air conditioning. They both had a/c units installed, but the units wouldn't turn on. The person at the front desk came to take a look, and just explained that the a/c doesn't work in that part of the building. They offered us a free sauna voucher for the inconvenience, which we declined as we would not have had the chance to use it during our stay. After that, we received zero contact attempts from the staff to try and rectify the situation, despite clearly stating we were extremely unhappy and would absolutely not have booked rooms at this hotel, had we known about the air conditioning. There were quite a few smaller issues with the stay as well, but the false advertising considering the room was definitely the worst for us. We will absolutely not be staying at this establishment again, nor will we recommend doing so to anyone else. It might be an okay place to stay at for a much lower price point, but is nowhere near worth the price we paid.
