The front desk staff was completely unprofessional. It was more like they were talking loudly with friends in-person and on their phones. When needing to ask a question, it was made to feel like you were bothering them versus simply asking a question. There was a DirectTV outage which clearly frustrated the attendant, and she made it known that other Guests were "getting on her nerves" calling down about their Televisions not working. I witnessed this during check-in. During checkout, there was no attendant present at the desk. There are a sign and phone on the desk to call an extension if no one is present at the desk. I dialed the number, then began to hear the attendant in the back yelling out "I am tired of this phone ringing" before coming around the corner. I stated that I was only following the instructions on the desk since an attendant was not present. In my room, there were burn stains on the counter in the bathroom. The rest of the room was decent; however, the staff present was very subpar.
