I stayed here from Nov 21, 2025- Jan 18, 2026. I feel that this can be ok if you are inbetween homes but not very suitable for long term. Pros: The staff is great and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There is a full sized fridge, microwave, and stovetop. It's in walking distance to Arizona Mills Mall. They recently installed cameras. Cons: The place is BADLY in need of renovation. The floorboards, kitchen flooring, and kitchen cabinets all need to be redone. There are definitely roaches for sure. If they fill in the cracks that my help to keep the roaches out. One night, we were in bed and security knocked on the door to do a mandatory security check. That's kinda scary to do at night, especially if you are a woman alone. The bathroom sink was VERY clogged. My husband opened up the pipe as we didn't want anyone in our room and he does this for a living. There was change in there and thick black buildup. The rooms book fast so you MUST reserve in advance or otherwise, you will have to packup everything and go, no matter how long you have been there. The prices fluctuate ALOT. One night, i saw a 1 queen bed room was on here for $233 for a Saturday! This place is definitely not up to par to be able to charge that amount for one day. Bring your own towels and bedding unless you have no choice. Internet isn't good. I was told that the place is under new ownership. The new owner DEFINITELY need to fix this place up. It doesn't need to be luxury but at least make it decent.

Front desk is not helpful at all. Been there multiple weekends in the last few months. It started out good, but slowly the service diminished. Ive had multiple problems with the tv. Tv didnt work on new years and they never came by to fix it and was told they would come by the the following day and never did. Another time the cable didnt work and went up front and ask for another room considering they didn't do anything last time and i got an " i dont care" attitude from the front desk when i broght up the first time having an issue. Keys, the desk person doesnt know how to program. I always have to get reprogrammed the next day. First time i came in and reprogrammed it the same front desks person humiliated me in front of a new worker. Making me answer 10 to 15 questions because i left my id in the car. I understand a couple questions but come on. I finally got tired of her patronizing me and said " fine enough questions, ill get my id for you, with all my bags in hand.. She looked at the new hire and said " we like to have fun with the customers ". I was mad at the time, not having fun. Again, thos has accumulated for over tha last couple of month. I think its time to change different motels.

I understand it was not a four-star hotel. But when I walked in, it did not smell good, the floor was obviously dirty, and the table was also dirty. In the morning, I did find a cockroach in my bathroom. When I checked out, the lady was very polite and was going to try to comp me, but I already paid through this site so was not able to.

The room was disgusting and dirty. Only the beds were made everything else was a mes. They so CCPA my kids socks went from white to black. The shower head was broken and had to be held to take a shower with no water pressure. The front desk had to give us more blankets in order for the kids to sleep on the floor as the beds were not the size we requested and Reaserved. There were roaches crawling on the dressers counters and floor I went to the front desk and they said there were no more rooms available not happy with there place won’t be staying there again nor will I recommend it to family and friends

Front service attendant was very nice and helpful. She was great. Room was fairly clean, found one cockroach, Amenities were good, fridge was good, microwave was good, overall, i liked the space, table and chairs. Hot water was good. The only problem was the beds, they are very bad, mattress is old and uncomfortable. Sheets and blankets were good. Towels are good. Shower slippery. But we loved the reasonable price which makes up gor some of the problems. Thank you.

Absolutely freaking disgusting! Only a couple hours after checking in we immediately checked out, as our room and bathroom were infested with cockroaches. When asking about this issue, we were met with very lackluster answers, and told to call the manager for a refund, only they then proceeded to ignore all calls from everyone of our phones. Do not stay here!

The room was clean. Front staff was very nice. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper to take a bath. The bathroom toilet made noise throughout the night. The location was great!

The room was nice. Little outdated but everything worked. The staff was really good! They are what made the stay nice. Nice neighborhood, and even though its next to the freeway it was soooo quiet! Nice pet area, all grass. Clean pool, and clean grounds. Beds were comfy. Very soft.

Room was clean and comfortable with HVAC, good bed, TV, decent Wifi, kitchenette with utensils on request, accommodating staff and ample parking. Clearly folks are living here but I never heard a peep, witnessed anything untoward.

The kitchen needs a good cleaning and possible remodel. There was a bad smell opening some of the cabinets. Luckily we weren't planning on cooking. The refrigerator and microwave were great. The stools need repair or replacement. Light switches and bathroom could be a little cleaner. It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
