I traveled with my daughter and choose this hotel based on reviews. However, the area although easy access to road is in a sketchy area. Room was clean. Our biggest problem came because the people in the room next to ours was smoking weed as well as people below us. So at midnight, my room began smelling of it. I contacted the front desk. They had no other rooms available and no security on premises to handle it. So I was left in a room with my child smelling of that. The manager did offer a refund but had no means of handling that situation.

The room was dirty, looked like it was cleaned after last guest left. Toilet, tub, floors, sinks, fridge all were dirty. Clerk did change bed sheets for me. I did check the mattresses and rhey were clean, looked new. I asked for a discount a d was told no because i didn't let clerk knkw asap which was a lie because i dis let her know minutes after i got to room. I was tild manager was out of country and couldn't be reached. I tried to upload photos but it wont let me, i will never book here again

The first room was not good and my son felt uncomfortable so they changed his room. The second room has no sheets on the bed and he had to go and get some from the front desk. It turns out that the room had bed bugs. So, around 3:30am he had to go back to the front desk for another room change. The third room was okay but they need to make some upgrades to this establishment and ensure that all of the rooms are cleaned and pest free for guests.

For the price, it wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly. I desperately needed an early check in and they accommodated.

It wasn't what I expected for sure. The outside was covered with spider webs, not 1 trashcan in the room, no towels or wash rags, no microwave or refrigerator. Thank God we only stayed 2 nights smh

Really bad. Staff was not unpleasant, but it's too awful to fix or overlook the issues. Not clean, run down, pool not functioning/open, and didn't feel safe.

Arrived at hotel, got to my room and thereās no shower curtain, the shower head didnāt work. My bedsheets had bugs on it, a large dark yellow spot in one corner of the bed (I took pictures), lighting in the room was very dim.
I let the manager know of my roomās condition, and she advised me of no other rooms available because they were overbooked and said I can get a refund. I went to front desk and the guy refunded my money. I thought everything was ok until I saw my bank statement and they took the money they refunded me out of my account again. I went back to the hotel on 5/24 and they said it takes 3-7 business days to get my refund. I called on 6/1 and he tells me 3-7 days. I have a feeling they donāt want to give my money back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. If I donāt receive my money within 10 business days, I will report them to the BBB, I will also put it out on social media because people need to know about this place acting shady. I hope Hotel.com have a solution to this issue, I really hope this is not the kind of people they do business with. I donāt want to, but if stayinn donāt refund my money, I will have to go social media with hotel.com as well because this is not how a major company should act, you should have our backs as a consumer and not just let us deal with it on our own. Please help me hotel.com!!

No extra roll of toilet paper. Door was hard to open when entering the room. Room had not been swept.

Room hasn't been cleaned. Bed sheets and covers were dirty and damaged. Room smelled like smoke. No smoke detectors. Customer service was nonexistent. Toilet seat was broken. Bathroom was scary looking. Exterior of the building requires some attention

Checked in to my room, there was dirty, dead bugs and hair on the sheets, on the floor and in the towels. Asked for another room, was provided with another room that was cleaner but the lighting would not turn on, staff asked if that was fine. Shower head was broken. Will not stay again ever.
