I was in town for a family emergency. The front desk clerk was very rude. At check in she did not great me, she was very monotone , deposition was very unpleasant. the next day when I checked out the same clerk was at the desk. Same attitude like she is mad at the world. She was on her cell phone. I asked for a receipt and was give a receipt that just showed that I paid. I wanted an itemized receipt which gave the break down of how much the room cost, taxes, and any other charges. She sighed told the person she was on the phone with "let me call you back" as if I was getting on her nerves or disturbed her phone call. This caused a verbal altercation and I asked to speak to the manager because I was not about to keep going back and fourth with her. You already don't have 24 hours in a room where you cant check in until 3pm and check out is 11am. Housekeeping didn't just knock on the door they were banging on the door at 9am. This whole experience was terrible!
