Computer problems when we checked in, which wasn't terrible. I provided my name and the front desk checked my off a printed list and gave me a room key. I reserved 2 queen beds, but got a room with 1 king. Fine. Settled in for the night and went to sleep. 2 hours later I was suddenly awoken by someone entering the room. The front desk had given a key to the room to another guest. I deadbolted the door and went back to sleep. Then about 20 minutes later, the front desk called the room to have me verify who I was. In the morning, there was no regular coffee, so I went to the lobby at 0530 to get some to be told coffee wasnt available until 0700. The front desk clerk did give me 2 pods of regular coffee for my room. When I went back to my room, the key card wouldn't work, so I had to go back down to the lobby to have it re-keyed. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
