The AC took forever to cool off the room, no fridge or microwave. When I asked the front desk if there was a fridge in it this time she said there was but she had to move it to somebody else’s room and would look for one for us. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they moved for just from room to room. There was also no microwave to heat up any food so if you want to heat up food, you’d have to go to the front office and use their microwave during business hours. The laundry facilities was also out of order. The pool was drained and not working a year ago when we stayed and Is still drained and not working. The pillows are flat as newspaper, and they only gave us two which meant one per person. When asked if we could have more pillows, they said they’re normal not allowed to give more.
