The rooms were beautiful and clean but the pool area that was advertised was actually an event space for rent, not for hotel patrons. It was unkempt, not up to par for daily use, and not in use entire time we were there except for a party held there one afternoon. There was not a restaurant as advertised either. Luckily there were restaurants nearby. The hotel promised us a refrigerator and microwave, which we didn't have (room 205) and there was no ice machine on the premises. We had to go to their waffle and ice cream shop to get ice. The hotel was under construction but we never saw any workers. They have a few open spaces for events/rentals that could have been cleaned up if not in use instead of a storage area that makes the place look unkempt. If you're looking for just a room, this is your place but that's all you get.
