DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND KEEP YOUR MONEY SCAMMERS!!
Booking with this company was the biggest mistake i have ever made.
We booked 18days in advance, had our booking confirmed and paud for our stay in full.
On the day of check-in, when we were already enroute to the accommodation, they send a message on WhatsApp that they have been fully booked. They had 18 days to communicate with us that they were fully booked but decided on the day (less than 2hours to check in) they tell us that we would have no accommodation.
What followed was us desperately trying to find out more information as our 'host' ignored us for hours at a time. Seemingly unaware or unbothered that they have left paying guests stranded in a foreign country with no recourse or alternatives. This was supposed to be a special trip but due to the actions of this company the only memory I have was being left stranded despite doing everything right.
When we asked for them to waive the 'no refund' with Expedia so that we can at least can our money back they have delayed and ignored us so much that we now cannot even get that refund for the rooms we booked 18days in advance and did everything in our power to get to. The rooms they cancelled on us with hours before we were due to stay.
If I could give this company and host negative stars. I would. If I could warn EVERY and ANYONE looking to book with them not to do it. I would.

The property that I chose was changed to a different one.
The reason given was, āno available roomsā.
When I get to the new property, everything looks like they were not expecting anyone.

I really liked it
The only thing is that unlike other apartments Iāve stayed at, the Lennox did not have anyone to help you with your bags during check in and check out
So if the person you booked with isnāt there to meet you face to face (which was the case for me), then you may have to carry your own bags
For the cost, I didnāt expect this to be the case, but it was. It wasnāt a great inconvenience which is why I still gave 4 stars but I would consider that before booking next time especially if I have a lot of luggage

The management, was poor to many miss communication.
The manager is Troubling some. And not keeping the standard of your booking you.
Take to who room to another without your consent.
You book for Lennox and they just said you will hace to stay to another place down grading.

I arrived Accra after a long travel day and was informed by the host that there was no availability at the property and I would be moved to another property. It took some shouting for a room to magically become available. Then, there was no power in the room and I was moved to another room entirely. All this after being initially told that there was no availability. On returning to the room the following day, it hadnāt been cleaned but the mirror that had been in the room earlier had been removed without informing me. So the room wasnāt cleaned not because they couldnāt access it, but just because they didnāt and then they moved an item without informing me. The shabby treatment I received left a bad taste in my mouth and it wasnāt good value for money at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Itās a waste of time and money.
