Very Disappointing and Unsettling Stay…
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I was traveling for business and expected a clean, quiet, and secure place to stay, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
The most concerning issue was the security of the room. In the middle of the night, two people were somehow able to enter the room I was occupying. I was abruptly woken up and had no idea whether they were authorized guests, staff, or complete strangers. It was extremely unsettling and caused significant anxiety for the remainder of my stay. It also raised serious concerns about the property’s entry and access system.
There were also cleanliness issues when I initially arrived. The space did not appear to have been properly cleaned, there was an odor, and I was unsure whether some of the linens and towels had been freshly laundered. After leaving briefly and returning later, the condition of the space appeared different, which left me wondering whether someone had entered while I was away.
Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience. A guest should be able to expect basic cleanliness, privacy, and security, particularly when staying overnight. Unfortunately, I did not feel that those expectations were met, and I would not choose to stay here again.
