The shower/tub in our room did not turn on at all...no water to bathe. The bathroom door would not close due to damage on the bottom of the door. We spoke with the manager, Stephanie, about the problem. She had no ideas for a resolution and did not apologize for the situation. I understand that things happen and resolving them the best way you can is how you gain customer loyalty. We were reserved for another night but we left after one night so that we could get a room that would allow us to bathe. Stephanie said that we couldn't use any other rooms because they were sold out. I suggest driving 10 mi south and staying at a hotel that appreciates your business and doesn't provide you with a manager with an attitude. The breakfast staff was very friendly yet the food was just average.
