The staff were great. The House was very clean. This is the first time staying on a "houseboat". The weather was in the upper 30's and very windy on the first night. For this reason the pontoons were quite noisy because of the rough tide. That shouldn't have been a surprise but settling in for a deep sleep was tricky. The heat/air conditioning units were difficult to figure out. We lived with a very cold house for the first night because we checked in after the office closed. Management really needs to include directions for them with the house. I appreciated the dishes, utensils and cooking supplies in the kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. They also supply dish soap, a new sponge and roll of paper towels for the kitchen. The shower is large with a rainfall shower head, a handheld shower head and the towels were very nice, very soft. The bed linens were nice with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk beds were not dressed, would have preferred having them made.
The reason I gave a 4 star rating was due to the air-conditioning unit and we also had a very long walk on the piers to get to our house no matter which parking lot we used. Positive note: they have carts to help carry luggage to your house.
