This property is poorly maintained. I was in Room 305. The room had no telephone. The water was turned off on the morning of April 2, 2026, and guests were not notified. Because there are no telephones in the rooms, we couldn't call the front desk. When I went to the front desk to inquire about the water being turned off, I was told that there was an "emergency" and the water would be back on when I returned to my room later that day. I was told that NO Baymont by Wyndham Hotels have telephones in their rooms.
There was a broken drawer in the chest of drawers. There was no chair to sit at the desk, and there was no outlet to plug in technology (cell phone/computer). The wall plugs were very loose, and it was hard to keep the plugs in them. The bathtub did not have a rubber bath mat, which made the bottom of the bathtub slippery and could cause a fall. There was no stopper in the sink or bathtub. The curtains were torn and had holes in them. They were also dusty. At check-out, the representative did not greet me or ask about my stay, but told me to drop my key in a box on the counter. This was not a pleasant stay. I want to be reimbursed for not having access to running water during my stay.
