Beautiful room, but overall disappointment
The room was gorgeous. I loved the bathroom, nice comfy tub, separate shower, double sink. The beds were uncomfortable in every way. In fact the super comfy pillows only highlighted how miserably uncomfortable the bed was. Since I was exceptionally achy I was twice as excited about the spa and went to get a massage only to be told they were fully booked for the weekend and had no service Monday or Tuesday. I chose this hotel, in part, specifically for the spa and it was entirely unavailable. A head's up on their site, or even at the front desk to book in advance (or that they were fully booked and to not get my hopes up) would've been nice. Additionally, I think a "spa" that offers nothing but massages and facials and a line of extremely expensive products isn't much of a spa, especially if those bare bones services are immediately booked up. So, thanks for nothing "spa".
The lack of room service was frustrating, and having to show my ID every time I went to Starbucks because it's down on the casino floor seems excessive. Especially since there are signs for the Starbucks all the way up by the reception desk. In fact, there are signs everywhere for every restaurant but none that say where exactly those restaurants are, and once you find them it turns out there's a dress code or it's over $100 for two people to eat lunch. So...3 stars tops. I might possibly stay here again, but most likely I'd try someplace new. It just wasn't that great of an experience.
