I stayed here for 3 nights at The Soot Rentals. I was given a concierge through WhatsApp to connect with if I had any problems. The WiFi network I was given never showed up as an option. The concierge name is Marcial who never helped me. I reached out to the company over text and email and the one time the responded was to tell me they would send someone to fix it and they never did. After that they stopped responding to me at all. The television was also broken. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had ever. I had to go to coffee shops to get any work done since I never got WiFi which I paid for. Demanding a full refund for this ridiculous customer service. This hotel should not let Expedia do their bookings any longer.
