My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist had difficulty explaining the details of my Expedia booking clearly, and her tone came across as frustrated, which made the check-in process feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel had recently changed the keypads, and our key didn’t work — we had to go back to the front desk three separate times to get it resolved. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. I hope the hotel improves both staff communication and the reliability of their key system
