This is possibly one of the worst experiences I have had while traveling. I had booked a room with a balcony, but when we got to the room it was on the second floor where anyone somewhat athletic could climb onto the balcony. Not to mention the lock on the balcony door didn't work so anyone could open it from the outside. It was also extremely loud at all times because there is a nightclub/bar across from the location and the rooms had no soundproofing. After getting no sleep and complaining for 3 nights, we were able to get moved up to the 6th floor. Wilson, the concierge, was the only helpful person during our stay. However, the 6th floor also had its problems. Only the rooms with beds have actual blackout shades, so if you are planning on having someone sleep on the pullout couch it is very hard because it is very bright. Also, neither of the rooms had remotes that worked for the TVs. Not to mention how thin the walls are, you can hear everything in the hallway from your room. Overall terrible experience, and would not recommend to anyone.
