Poor check-in experience - codes didn’t work, so called via the phone and they said they would come to assist… but nobody came. Extremely disappointing, particularly given we had paid for an extra night due to our early arrival from a very long flight from Australia so we could check in in the morning.
On our final night it had been raining and water was dripping into the apartment which got progressively worse - water then started dripping out of a live powerpoint and all power shut off in the apartment. We contacted the company - via WhatsApp, the only method, and I got no meaningful response. My husband then finally got a response - but they refused to answer phone calls and would only text. At 11pm we then had to pack up all of our belongings and our sleeping children to move to another room (which was also leaking water on the floor from the ceiling). We would not recommend this place - serious issues with upkeep of the apartments and very poor customer service.
