A tip is that you might want to bring earplugs for the noise from the traffic outside and from the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the towels left by the previous guest were quickly removed from the bathroom by the staff after I called the reception. They also mopped the room floor (however not the bathroom floor). The staff also replaced the four broken light bulbs in the room. The bathroom sink was cracked but had running cold water. I am fairly used to cold conditions but not having hot water in the shower was still a challenge. There was no water bottle in the room but I was given one on my request. The card key didn’t work but every time I needed to enter my room someone from reception would accompany me and open with a key. I didn’t have much time to watch TV so the fact that the remote control for the TV was not working, was not a very big deal. I suggested that they exchange the batteries. However this was ignored. There was no daily cleaning of the room. The hotel is conveniently close to the metro.
